Started the month off with a heavy mentoring session with one of our network and wireless engineers. Spent a few days going over processes, honing our site survey skills, and designing some wireless networks together. Great way to improve our work.
Conducted a network audit and onboarding for a video production company as they grow and expand and needed some help making sure their network performs the best way possible.
Started working with a new WISP this month as a technical and business operations advisor. Added them into the monthly mix of managed services for several clients. Continued to perform our monthly managed services for four clients (wireless and network engineering) and supporting four WISPs with their technical and business operations.
