The vision of a company is the long-term strategic thinking. The mission is how to get there as of today (remember it can change as the world changes). Our values drive our thinking and actions. No buzz words. No meaningless jargon here. We are not here to “move the needle”, “pivot”, “crush” anything, or pick the “low hanging fruit”. We most certainly are not going to “socialize” something, “circle back”, or “move the goalpost”.
Our Vision
Collabsion wants to be the company you call first when you need solid advice on wireless, networking, business processes, or project management. We want to bring this same level of advice to companies of all sizes. It is our belief that this can be done in a profitable and sustainable manner yet adhere to our values.
Our Mission
- Provide qualified resources to our clients to assist with their wireless, networking, and business needs.
- Continue to stay abreast of new technologies by actively engaging with our vendors to test products and stay educated on new ways of doing things.
- Push ourselves daily to live our values and make a difference in the world.
- Make decisions, even tough ones, yet maintain our values as we move forward.
Our Values
- Respect – Treat others with the same level of respect we seek, treat everyone equally and fairly. Everyone and everything we come in contact with.
- Honesty – Do not hide the truth. Do not cover anything up. If something is wrong, speak up.
- Integrity – Work ethically and always do the right thing, even when no one is looking.
- Kindness – Be nice. Plain and simple. See someone hurting, help lift them up. Someone does great? Give praise and accolades.
- Flexibility – No rigid thinking or acting. Be ready to move in different directions as the situation changes.
- Safety – We all want to go home at the end of a job, with all digits and limbs intact and functional. Work in the safest manner possible at all times.
- Humor – Live and laugh. Have fun but keep it professional and safe!
Our values have been instilled in us since we were children. We had great role models growing up; our parents, families, teachers, scout leaders, clergy, and many good neighbors.
